This is awesome beyond comprehension. Some funky dudes in Japan took Twitter to a whole new level of play. Essentially, using your Twitter icon (you know, your mini thumbnail photo) duke it out in an epic Lord-of-the-Rings battle with someone else's.
You can use anybody's Twitter id, and there's two different modes of play. One's automated so you can sit back and watch the little dots scurry about making short work of the opponent. Or you can get stuck in, giving directions to your foot soldiers, though I still need to figure out how to do it properly.
Then, when you win/lose, you get to brag about it on your Twitter account. Personally, I've been kicking my Twitter friends' butts cause I've got an awesome logo.
And if you don't have a Twitter account, fret not, you can still input other peeps'. Like mine.
